Term & Conditions GenericGeneral Policies implemented by E Anarkali on both customers and vendors are

  • E Anarkali can take maintenance breaks for short while.
  • E Anarkali has complete authority in matters regarding disputes.
  • E Anarkali is not liable to any fraud or spam. Although we are concerned with benefiting people with safe and secure business transactions but we cannot be held responsible in term of events.
  • E Anarkali may change or add new policies and terms of services which will be effective for every vendor and customer.
  • In cases of accidents or abnormal events, E Anarkali is void of any claim.
  • In case you don’t understand anything. Contact our customer support to seek guidance in the matter. We will love to sort things for you.

 

  • E Anarkali reserves all rights to add/delete some features or update/modify the existing features, without any prior notice.
  • For maintenance purposes E Anarkali can take breaks for a short while.
  • In case of any dispute, judgement of E Anarkali will be considered final decision.
  • E Anarkali is not responsible for any fraudulent/spam activity. While we are concerned with safe and secure business transactions for benefiting the people but in case of stated activity we cannot be responsible.
  • New policies may be added and changes may be made in current policies by E Anarkali which will be effective for both vendors and customers.
  • E Anarkali is void for any claim/penalty in case of disasters, accidents, unavoidable circumstances or any unusual situation.
  • We are ready to hear you at our support centre in case of any ambiguity, issues or concerns related to our terms & conditions.

 

Vendor Contract TOS [terms of services]

  • E Anarkali will sign a contract for the time period of three months (3) minimum.
  • A vendor can renewed/extend the contract with E Anarkali before the date of expiration.
  • Contract payment 10K
  • E Anarkali services can be availed only by advance payment.
  • Invoice is billed at the start of each month which is required to be cleared in less than three days of receiving an online invoice. If the invoice isn’t billed for some reason you are still required to pay in advance for your selected packages & services to avoid any inconsistency in availed options.
  • The contract will only be cancelled with 50% payment of next month invoice [in case you file cancellation].
  • E Anarkali reserve all rights to terminate/cancel the contract without any prior notice.
  • E Anarkali may change or add new policies and terms of services which will be effective for every vendor.
  • Vendor reserve right to access, modify and update their information.
  • If you aren’t available to provide data about your products or you don’t have any source you can opt E Anarkali optional packages for your ease.
  • The information provided to E Anarkali should not be wrong/forged.
  • E Anarkali reserve rights to take legal actions/file a petition against any vendor in case a vendor found involved in any fraudulent activity or selling prohibited products.
  • E Anarkali reserve rights to keep all required information about your CNIC/NTN.
  • E Anarkali will enlist your categories as per your demand if not included already.
  • Customer satisfaction is the key objective of E Anarkali, and will not compromise in any case.
  • Household products must be delivered within 12 hours after the order is received.
  • Delivery time for food items/fast food should not be more than one hour.
  • Maximum delivery time for rest of the products/items should not be more than 4 days.
  • Every vendor have to use delivery and recovery system provided by E Anarkali.
  • You can also opt optional package of handling E Anarkali dashboard.
  • E Anarkali reserve rights to cancel the contract or temporarily block the services of vendor, if we receive three complaints against the specific vendor.
  • E Anarkali services are dependent on the packages you opt.
  • You have to agree with the final decision of E Anarkali in case of any dispute between vendor and customer.
  • Vendors will be responsible for order confirmation or delivery unless told otherwise.
  • Vendor can make exception on deliveries if E Anarkali team accords with him.
  • Vendor will be paying GST that is involved in invoice transaction.

Delivery TOS [ terms of services ]

While using E Anarkali Delivery & Recovery System following policies will apply and prevail.

  • Vendors are required to confirm order first and then convey the message to a provided contact of courier service.
  • E Anarkali delivery team will take the package after running checks on quantity and quality.
  • E Anarkali will keep record of every transaction and will be responsible for transferring the funds. (Payment may be delayed due to some reasons).
  • In Case of customer unavailability, E Anarkali will take the package to pick up point and may charge up to Rs. 100/. (PKR).
  • E Anarkali will not be responsible for any breakage done due to accidents or abnormal event.
  • E Anarkali reserve rights to take legal actions/file a petition against any vendor in case a vendor found involved in any fraudulent activity or selling prohibited products.
  • E Anarkali will not compromise with the obligation to provide the quality promised with its customer.
  • E Anarkali is not responsible for the mishandling of product by the customer.
  • The customer must verify their shipment package before completing the transaction.

 

You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from the Site and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes as per prevailing law.
