We guarantee refund or replacement if you found the item you purchased to be damaged, incomplete or defected. EAnarkali promises to always replace or refund the product provided that you contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
- The product you want to return must be unused, unwashed, unworn and devoid of any defects. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
- The product must contain the original labels/tags, warranty cards, user guide, handouts and fixtures or accessories.
- The product must be returned in the undamaged and original packaging or box of the manufacturer. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Eanarkali packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box
NOTE: To avoid any type of delay or inconvenience to process the return of your item, make sure to put the return label in clear and bold words on your return parcel.
IMPORTANT: If a product is send back to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return request and send item back to you.
- If your product is damaged/not working or inadequate/incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within the valid return time frame. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the vendor’s condition. Please see the terms in the relevant vendor’s store.
- Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”
- For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).
- No questions will be asked if the product is returned in a duration of 7 working/business
- The customer will have to pay for the return or refund delivery charges.
